The food dehydrator features 5 different levels for drying. Place your food on a mesh grid and place it in the rails provided. Per level you have 2.33 cm of available height. Need more space? Then you can simply omit a grid. The food dryer has an adjustable timer of up to 12 hours and you can also control the temperature via one of the two rotary knobs. You can vary the temperature from 45 °C to 80 °C. The dehydrator has an optimal airflow for even drying of food, without the risk of overheating. This ensures optimal preservation of flavour and vitamins and no need to turn food halfway through. The grids and glass door allow you to closely monitor your food as it dries.
